I don't think anti-choi...This is very well put. I don't think anti-choicers understand that not everyone wants to be a parent at all and certainly not if they aren't prepared for it. Anti-choicers continue to glorify motherhood and parenting. While I'm stoked for a friend of mine who's been trying to conceive for a while and recently became pregnant, I personally am not convinced I would make a good mother ever, and certainly not now.<br /><br />Not to mention, there's the negative connotation surrounding the argument of "you should take responsibility" in conjunction with the assumption that a woman who finds herself unexpectedly pregnant was irresponsible. And anti-choicers want to force supposedly irresponsible people into unwanted pregnancies they are financially unable to support? There's a serious logical disconnect with that kind of thinking.
